Remainder App in c#

I want to develop a desktop application in c# that displays a pop up meesage at the last day of the month for password change.

How to do that???

you can see the below code to check with today day nomber and month end no , if those are equal then you can show your popup like any form or message box

int today = DateTime.Now.Day;
int endday = DateTime.DaysInMonth(DateTime.Now.Year, DateTime.Now.Month);
if (today == endday)
{
// you can show your password change popup or a messege box
Messagebox.Show("Please change your password");
}

this above code you can write into main page load event so that when application load into a main page this code will run and if you given instead of messagebox your password change popup that will pops up.

if (today == new DateTime(today.Year, today.Month, DateTime.DaysInMonth(today.Year, today.Month)))

First of all Check the current date is last date of month on start up of application.

var lastDayOfMonth = DateTime.DaysInMonth(date.Year, date.Month);

If it match with current date, Displays the pop up message.

Messagebox.Show("Your Message");
