Rendering Partial view In the Initial Page Load

Their are many ways

1) You can call ajax function which will call a action method from controller & will return some data using json result to show the records into a grid, then bind that data to div.

Or you can just call ajax function which will directly return a partial view from action method.

$(document).ready(function () {
$.ajax({
type: "POST",
url: "@(Url.Action("ActionMethod", "Controller"))",
data: { },
success: function (data) {
if (data != "") {
$("#YourDivId").html(data.result);
}
}
});
}

2) call a render action by default your view will called from page

@Html.Partial("ViewName")
@{ Html.RenderPartial("ViewName"); }

3) you can call action method directly as

@{Html.RenderAction("ActionMethodName");}
@Html.Action("ActionMethodName")
