Report viewer is not loading from tool box , while loading com exception...?

Sql Server 2008R2

VS 2012

com exception basically when you use different virsions of dlls, may be you have used different versions before, then now you are dragging diffrent version.

to fix this,
remove report viewer reference from yor project and try dragging from your tool box

before install you have to install sql clr type, download and install from
go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=239643&clcid=0x409

setup is missing an installation prerequisite
microsoft system clr types for sql server 2012....

But My Sql Server 2008R2.....???

no need to upgrade version.
if you want you can by downloading
Microsoft System CLR Types for Microsoft SQL Server (x86, x64)
Microsoft Report Viewer Runtime
based on which version you need.
