Reset Password Link in c#

How to make a reset password link in asp.net mvc core without identity.Please provide solution

Hello Sourabh, you have just create a normal link, and attach the one security code or token and same stored in that used data forward the mail to the user when user has open that link and checked the security code or token is valid or not, if valid then we can provide the reset password otherwise not allowed.
