The font is installed in my system and i also tried using it as a resource but with no luck.
The font is FMBasuru available free http://www.sjp.ac.lk/fa/cc/Sinhala%20Fonts/FM%20-%20Basuru%20x.TTF.
Can someone try it out and let me know if there's something wrong with the way im doing this?
I tried using the same font in winforms and it works great. Then i tried creating a drawing.font object for that font and converting it to type media.font and using it but still no luck.

Managed to resolve this by using the full font name (FMBasuru x).
