.Resource files

Question

Hi all I have one doubt, the .resources files created using VS.NET or winres.exe for culture specific forms have a size which is smaller than the original resource files, and when i try to access any objects which are inside the culture specific form it gives a NullPointerException, I wanted to ask, do the culture specific resources contain alll the information to load the resource or only the changed strings they contain Please reply asap Thanking you all Siddhartha
