Use webBrowser1.Navigate("about:blank") in the form's load event, then process the DocumentComplete event for the webBrowser1. In the DocumentComplete event, first check to ensure that the webBrowser1.Document is not null; if it is null, just return from the event handler. When it is not null, set webBrowser1.DocumentText to the HTML. See my Introduction to Web Site Scraping for a sample of some of that.
 
Note that there are other articles in this web site that describe use of the WebBrowser control; it might be easier to do it than I describe, so look at the articles.
