Resource Icon in C# (.exe) -Problem Help please..

Hello,
        I just make a simple app, & want to associated a resource icon from a resource file to my exe not in title bar. Well I do that.

But the problem is when i add this resource icon in my app, the Assembly information are not showing. But when I specified a particular Icon file to select "Icon & Manifest" option then it's again ok (showing all Assembly information).

But why it not showing in resource file???

Do I made any mistake??

I upload my project file, resource file & also Icon file.

Please Help me!
