Resource was blocked due to MIME type mismatch X-Content-Type-Options

when we put header in web.config then it block all CSS and JS in my application. So how we can resolve this issue?

Thanks Farhan for your answer, but this solution not working in my ASP.Net Project. "The resource from '' was blocked due to MIME type ("") mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff)" Error is disappeared but page style is not getting proper.
