Re-starting of career in IT.

Question

Sir,

         I passed B.Tech(IT) in 2011, I worked for 3 months for website maintenance. Then from 2013 I am working in administration dept. in pvt. firm, my current profile is such as a non IT institute manager, so can I now again restart my career in IT. I did PHP course for 3 months during b.tech but right now i forgot all things.

Can I restart with IT again? Please suggest and advise me what to do?
