restoration failed during restore a backup file to ms-sql

Doing a right click on shortcut and you should see an option to run it as an administrator.

can you please guide me a little more how to run sql server as administrator

there could be two things.

Issue is sure about the access rights. You don't seem to have an access rights for the back up file.

Try either

Running SQL server management studio using Administrator.

Or

Try accessing backup file through FTP to confirm whether you have rights or not.

The error clearly mentions the issue.
