retreving the data from another table

i send the attach files of two design page.

in the first design page 1 i have Tds,Excess Mobile these are the two fileds those two values of datas are stored in the database.this table name i salary

then i created second desing page 2 i have two fields such as

tds textbox

excessmobile textbox

i want to retreive the salary table amt to be arrived in the second design page.this table name is pay.

how to do usign csharp code.
