Retrieve documents from folder inside SharePoint document library

I have a SharePoint document library with different folders, each containing various files. It was working fine, but all of a sudden, it stopped functioning, and my current item count is showing 2148. It seems like there is an issue with delegation.

Could you please help me find a solution using Power automate.

Could you please provide me the steps to achieve this using flow?

You can first create a flow to get all files and setup Title column based on Folder path:

then delete this flow and create a new one, sync Title with Folder path of new created files and files be modified:

So, in your App, you can Filter Title column using StartsWith.
