Retrieving logged in system password using asp.net?

If you're using windows authentication then why you want to authenticate the user again with custom user name and password. If you want to use your custom user name & password then change the authentication mode to Forms authentication and use it.

You can't windows password from your web application. What type of authentication you're using in your application? Windows/Forms?
