in my prject i need to convert rgb to hsl. and we using c#.net to code. I want to know is there any built in function in C#.net to convert to HSL from RGB. and how it is implement

There is no inbuilt function in .NET. So you should create of your own class. Below is the link which contains a sample for converting RGB-to-HSL
