role based security in grid environment

Hi, I'm Simar. I want know about role based access control(authorization) in grid environment using .net . What are setting required to setup a grid and what coding options are there to setup  role and verify roles. I going to implement a role based access control tool using .net kindly suggest me what shuold I do initially
