rotate the image and save to folder

You can try using the RotateCommand to rotate your images, and then use RasterCodecs to save the results.Here is some sample code which you can build on in C#. You can also use these functions in Java, C, and JavaScript.

using(RasterCodecs codecs = new RasterCodecs())

RasterImage image = codecs.Load(@"path to image");
// Rotate the image by 25 degrees
RotateCommand command = new RotateCommand();
command.Angle = 25 * 100;
