Rotation Sample by John O Donnell
What do each of the parameters signify in the rotation matrix? I have done some research on Microsoft's web site and read a few articles on this web site but I have not found the complete answer. I think that the parameters of the matrix are multiplied together to affect the rotation of the graphics path.
