ASP.NET Core runtime is missing on machine itself. Instal the Hosting Bundle from:

Just install .NET 3.1 SDK and it will be resolved.

You have installed wrong 6.0.2 asp.net core hosting bundle package on the server but you project is using using Asp.net core 3.1 framework.

Try installing the asp.net core 3.1 hosting bundle package from the link pasted below

Hi Arbaz,

It seems the ASP.NET Core Runtime package missing on your system.

To run the .net core project
required.net core runtime package if you didn't install then try to run after installation.
