Running project from visual studio

Right click that another project in Visual Studio. Go to Debug, then select Start New Instance.

You can set multiple startup project.

Right click on solution >> set startup projects >> select Start option multple projects

Yes. You can run the another project from solution by Right click on that project in Solution Explorer -> Debug -> Start New Instance.
