Well, both are in demand if that is what is driving your technology shift decision. As you have not provided your technology background I would provide you some insights.

Hadoop is technology for Big Data. If you don't have any Data Analysts, or Data Scientists related background then you may want to look at it again or attend some courses.

I would suggest provide your background , role and responsibilities and why you want to shift to SalesForce or Hadoop.
