Save a webpage translated to English by Google chrome in C#

Take any Chinese page - say http://www.worldjournal.com

When I open it in Google Chrome, It translates it to English. I want to save it in HTML as complete webpage in C# and sent it to my colleague in English.

How can i achive this in windows form application ?

I tried with browser control with the problem is i want to open my link in chrome browser because only chrome provide option to translate webpage and then i want to save it.

Using browser control its not providing any option to translate webpage.
Please share the .net code if its possible.
