hello Raushan, you can achieve it as
public void fileSave(List Files)
{
    foreach(var file in Files){
        string filename=file.FileName;
        var ext = filename.Substring(filename.LastIndexOf(".")+1).ToLower();
        if(ext=="jpeg"||ext=="jpg"){
              string path = Server.MapPath("~/uploads/" + filename);
        file.SaveAs(path);
        }
    }
}
