Saving Microphone stream to amr format in Windows Phone

Not sure about this, but try using some .net third party tool that helps to convert.

I have problem, when i record by microphone and i get pcm wave file 16khz so **"How to resample from pcm wave from 16khz to 8khz in Windows Phone 8??"**, i need convert it to 8khz then convert to amr format .

Can you help me that ????
