Says "Unable to start Debugging", can not debug anymore

I've had visual studio for 1 month and it has been working fine but all of a sudden today, I get this error message.

"Unable to start Debugging.

The debugger is not properly installed. Run Setup to install or repair the debugger."

I've tried googleing this but the only errors I could find were when people recently installed visual studio. My debugger has been working fine until now. I've tried reinstalling the packets but that hasn't helped. I've tried repairing visual studio and that hasnt helped either. Any ideas on what else I can do?

Crish, both are yet I still have a problem, and Nair no I have not run any kind of updates that I know of. I have Windows 7 and both of those links havent really helped. I have solved it but it required me to do a system restore back to 1 week ago. For whatever reason it worked fine then and not now. I wish I could be of more help to people that have this problem but this was the only solution I could find.

Am not sure why this happening. Did you run any windows update, which OS version using?

for starting debugger for .net first open IIS and set windows authentication checkbox true and also write debug =true in web.config file
