Scalability of 3-tier .Net Applications

Hi, Currently we have a 3-Tier .Net Application which needs to scale to 1000 users firstly and 100,000 users subsequently. Please provide recommendations for achieving the same. Thanks - Susan Manoj Thankachan

You can use angular js.i think its ok to handle these number of users
