Do you know its format? What part of it do you want to store in a database? What kind of database? Does the database already exist or do you want to create it? Will you do this more than once? Do you want to store multiple documents in this database? Where do you get the document from? Is it a file? How will you determine its filename? Look at that. I already typed more in my question than you did in yours. Be more specific. Post some code or some details or ask a specific question.
