Hello Ankit,

I do understand your intent, but I always suggest to people to invest into core technologies rather than any specific framework products like Iconic in this case.

So let me explain, First of all you are already ready for Mobile development with a condition that you are good at JavaScript, JQuery and HTML5; because these are core scripting/languages are used in any mobile development. Think of Angular which is heavily based on JavaScript and so on.

So, even when you are on ASP.NET/MVC keep brushing up your skills on JavaScript etc. and build some small POC (Proof of Concept) application for phone to practice.

Hope this will help, good luck.
