now i'm doing engg in computer engg..so i wnt to know scope of our field..coz many people says there is no scope in our field...so sir plz suggest me n those students who have confusions abt scope of computer world..

Hi, First of all let me say, everything is being computerized, and so the future is of computer engineers. If it is not the case then why companies are hiring non-engineering peoples for software development? I know many good s/w architects who have done some computer courses after their Graduation in Art(History, Hindi). Can you imagine ! If you have knowledge, you have the power. Offcourse, in India, education level has increased but not so much. Very little competition we have, so why worry. We pick a good book for our learning though there are many books on that subject. So, got my point... A software engineering girls from Delhi become model and actress was in media buzz. She never thought about it. Now she is not on software job but doing act as actress! Every one has his own quality and personality. What you want to be is more important than the scope. I see a female buzzing on facebook is more popular than her designation as she is Suprident of Police. She post beautiful and nice thoughts and so many peoples are following her... Study is something different than your passion. If your study and passion is same, you are lucky one. So don't afraid, if you have other passion go for that at earliest. It is not important that if you have done BTech in CS then you are bound to do computer related works in your whole life. So, don't be afraid with these kind of statements and Don't worry, just scale your ability and skills in computer and you will get a good job.
