Search Combo Box Comma Separated Items

I have combo box with items like this

when i type "C" it showing all items starting with Letter "C" but when i type "Cho" it showing nothing, i want to show same items as when i type "C" letter.

Hi, Can you plz share more details about how you are binding data to combox box, how you are getting filter from db.
