Please check the following measures.
- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-endpoint/azure-server-integration
- Application Insights to collect log, performance, and error data for your function app.
- Restrict unnecessary IP address spaces and listening ports.
- Leverage Network Security Groups (NSGs) to further lock down surfaces.

- DDoS Protection: Enable Azure DDoS Protection Standard and configure Azure Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to filter malicious traffic. Azure Rate Limiting can further restrict excessive requests.
