Security popup in IE

Question

Hi,
am getting this popup message only for the particular page on my site.

"To help protect your security internet explorer has blocked this website from displaying content ie7"

somewhere people suggested that check your date & time settings but its client-user website. User can access this website from any country so date & time is not consistent, and I tried some option in IE settings but still am facing this problem only for the particular page.
Please help me this.
