send a video in gmail

Hello community, I want to send a viedo in gmail, I take a screen of the video and I change the link to this photo, it wants I make it clickable, so it does not show me the link but the video, but once I click on the image, it redirects me to the video link site, I want it to just show me a pop-up and I can watch the video without leaving the gmail, there is any  solution?
