Send Message from WhatsApp in C#

I saw the video of SEKHAR link: http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/c4d11a/sending-whatsapp-message-using-C-Sharp-code/

It seems very simple to send a message in whatsapp By WhatsAPI,

But everywhere I see warnings that it blocked after 10 times it can completely block the use of my smartphone.

Does anyone have experience with this?

I'd love to get recommendations on how to do it right.
