How to send value(true and false) when check box checked and unchecked using jquery

Accepted answer
your code is correct, just remove the double quotes from bool value and , there is no need to use 2 separate ajax post
var data = new FormData();
if (e == "annual") {
data.IsAutoRenew = false;// see here
}
else
{
data.IsAutoRenew = true;// see here
