Confirmation of receipt send to a user in asp.net mvc 5 c#?

Hi Team

I have a form that registers users for a course, i still along way to build a payment integration, need a logic around where user can get a confirmation once he or she registered for any course price to their mail.

Thanks but i am looking, example, if i order some books at Amazon, they will send me that order as a receipt to my email stating i have ordered. allong this line, i am looking some examples as we speak written in asp.net mvc 5 c#.
