sending data to another ip address computer in php

Hello Sir,

I have created Application in which on single button click socket Connection get created, data get sent to another ip Address and also Connection get Close.. bt it creates problem if i want to resend data again on Same Ip Address in that situation again i have to disconnect client and makes connection again.. but i never get any solution on this.. please give me best solution.

that another IP address or PC must have something implemented which is "listening" to incoming requests, like a web site, or web API or something like that, then only you can send something to that IP address.
