Sending Email using Asp.net Already Registered Email

Question

Hello! Alredy i test sending Email using Asp.net but my problem is when i was implemented

i wrote My Gmail Acount in my Code i this case if i want to change Email Account must go your Source code and then Change 

so i want  to send Email using As Already Registered Email in Email Registration Page

Help
