Sending E-Mails in Visual Basic 2010 Express

I'm making an application that allows you to send an e-mail to the e-mail that is entered in a textbox, my code is in the attached file.
But it gives me errors, so I think it is the smtp and port number, does anyone know what the smtp and port is for hotmail.com and hotmail.co.uk and the smtp and port for yahoo.com and yahoo.co.uk.

place smtp.EnableSsl = false for yahoo.com......

Well, two, the first one says smtExcpetion was unhandled: Failure sending mail, but I can't remember the second one , do both MailAdress() and NetworkCredentials have to have the same email adress?
My full code is this:

try smtp port number 25 for hotmail com and set the EnableSsl property of the SmtpClient object to true
