i tried one application for data transferring through serial port in c#.data was transferred while i was in administrator account.suppose i am goimg to another account it did not work?

what is the problem?

if somebody knows pls help me?

Is this a theoretical question or is it actually happening? If it is theoretical then don't worry about it; it should not happen. If it is actually happening then you need to provide details but it is nearly certainly caused by something you did so since we don't know what that is we can't help solve it. If you need help with an actual problem then provide more information about the problem.

You need to check the account you are using have access on the component or the folder where the component is installed. Sometimes during the installation, only account has access that it was installed from.
