Whats the problem then? Where did you stuck, if you want to get started, you can get plenty of resources on the web. Do let us know, if you need any assistance

Yes Amit it like as Chatting tool but some diference.
1. Server Aplication provide one string (Tracking ID) with any asigned unique code on wide area.
2. Each Client application before run accessing to server application and match tracking ID String. if not match tracking ID then application exit with failer message. if matched string then successfully application run.

Tracking ID String both are in server and client application. Function is Matching both are string for successfully run application.

Please explain about it, what this application is all about, is it like a chatting tool?
