Setting IE Internet Zone to High?

Question

I'm trying to implement the IInternetZoneManager in my code but really have no idea what I'm doing with it.  It looks like the CopyTemplatePoliciesToZone method is what I want.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?  All I want to do it set the Internet Zone to high
