settings of IIS 8 to run c# program..

i want to run c# program in IIS 8.. i dont know how to run.. i m getting error..

Cannot open database "ProjectPlanner" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE'.

error.. i m using sql manager 2008. visual studio 2010.
