YOu can easily create Sharepoint Classifieds using content query web parts and if you want to really make good classified site then i would suggest to use REST API and get your content dynamically in Sharepoint Online or on Premise.

Using REST really gives a lot of flexibility in creating and changing the layout exactly what you need without compromising on any functionality.
