SharePoint: Export selected list items to Excel

Hi Everyone,

I need to implement a functionality where I can export only selected list items to Excel using Jquery/javaScript. Does anyone here has an idea of how it can be implemented ?

Thanks for a reply Prasham. I have already implemented this kind of a solution using Custom Actions. Here as mentioned I am specifically looking something in Jquery/Javascript.
