What do you guys think about SharePoint 2010 including both Server and Foundation? I have been working with SharePoint Foundation 2010 and just can't believe how much you can do with it.

In Resource management project, it was a combination of SharePoint, ASP.NET, Crystal Reports, Project Server etc.
I have used Sites and related features. But now started using new features in VS 2010 including blogs, forums, comments on contents and so on.

I have seen it being used mainly for Intranets or External websites for companies (CMS functionality) and also in many places for document management. Some places had an intresting use of document properties. web parts (employee search etc), workflows (approval mainly)
What features have you used - any new features? Curious to hear!

1. Project uses SharePoint to track and manage software projects and team statuses, bugs etc
2. One project is being used to track and manage clinical studies
3. One project I worked on was used to manage and generate hours, time, cost studies for employees and their work

considering all the buzz, i hope most organizations can avoid the 'sharepoint-for-everything' mentality and leverage the full power in appopriate solutions.
