SharePoint Permission using flow Not working

Hi,

You can use Send http request to SharePoint action in your flow and use Rest API to break permission and then assign permission instead of using action to assign permissions.

This will work 100%. I have implemented the same in past.

Thanks for your responses.. What I want to achieve is using the flow to grant permission to the selected lead, so its only the creator of the item and the the corresponding lead that will have access to the particular item

Hi,

You can check you permission with "check permissions:. If you don't have edit persmission then you can add with "Grant Permissions" to the user or group.

Alternatively, you can give edit permission to site collection and delete unique permission to this list with "Delete Unique Permissions"

Hi, you can remove unique permission on this list or Add yourself into that group. If other user also need to use this flow add those users into that group which has unique permission on that list.
