Show All File button not showing in Visual Studio 2012

try resetting the visual studio settings or try repairing the studio (if feasible), as per below link.

When you are developing a WebSite project in VisualStudio, then it loads all files by-default. So "Show All Files" is disabled in VS.

Secondly, if you are missing any files and not displaying then click "Refresh" icon.

Try to add a web application and see that should work.
