Show data related to dropdown

Question

I have 2 dropdown. dr1 that contains 16 items, dr2 is empty. there are two text boxes. now what i do, i select an item in dr1 enter text in the text boxes and click on button,i did it for all 16 items. what happens the selected item of dr1 is copied to dr2, i want to show the the text that was entered for that particular also be shown when i select the item in dr2. how is it possible?
