Dear susanta,

your make your condition according your requirement . if you would not wont to display with the date,you make condition according your month.hide date according to month.

pic the month and calculate the no of days in this month.display data according to this
make if else condition....

your make diff between in time and out time and pass the diff in a function ,
compare this diff and return p, pl,A,HD according to this diff in function
